The menu of our Restaurant The George is inspired by the seasons. The signature of Chef Dylan van Hirtum is cooking with organic vegetables and herbs of our own greenhouse. In addition for true meat lovers we offer Dry-Aged Herefords beef which is prepared on the Big Green Egg. If you like fish more, lobster is also on the menu.
